- Registration and race pack pick up will be on Friday between 4 pm and 6 pm at Brandberg Rest Camp and late registration on Saturday from 7 am to 8 am.
- Gazebo setup for ultrarunners from Friday 4 pm. Location/layout plan to be discussed with Riana or Nico.
- Gazebo setup for challengers, fun runners and supporters on Saturday morning early.
- Pre-race dinner (with pre-booked tickets) will be on Friday evening at 7:30 pm
- Saturday breakfasts (with pre-booked tickets) from 7 am
- Race briefing will be at 9:30 am sharp with all runners in the starting corral.
